Jennifer Bundy-Cobb, CEBS, VP/Sr. Employee Benefits Advisor
Jennifer joined the Wilson Agency in 1995; she is currently the Vice-President of Industry Relations and Product Management. Jennifer has been an Anchorage resident since 1972 and has worked in the employee benefits industry since 1990.
Jennifer holds a certified employee benefits specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit plans (IFEBP). The CEBS designation is the premier designation that a person in the field of employee benefits can achieve. Jennifer has an associate degree from Katharine Gibbs and is a graduate of West Anchorage High School.
Jennifer is a charter member of the Alaska Chapter of the National Health Underwriters Association and was Chapter President for the 2006/2007 fiscal year. Jennifer was named by the Alaska Journal of Commerce/Alaska Chamber of Commerce as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in 2003. She is also President of the board for the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center
Jennifer is an expert on alternate funding and health plan risk management. She offers expertise for organizations both in the public and private sectors and has a particular interest integrating the financial and risk management programs for plan sponsors.
Terry Allard, CEBS, AVP/Senior Benefits Advisor
Terry has called Alaska home since 1983. She joined The Wilson Agency in January, 1997 as an account executive and has since moved into her current position as senior account executive. Terry manages a wide range of accounts that vary in size and complexity. Terry is also responsible for managing the general agent relationships that The Wilson Agency has with several insurance companies, including serving as the general agent for the Alaska Support Industry Alliance health plan.
Terry’s career in employee benefits started in 1985 at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska in their Anchorage office. During her 11 years with Blue Cross, Terry gained a thorough understanding of sales, administration, and underwriting of fully insured health plans. She held several positions in group marketing, and in the last four years of her tenure was Sales Underwriter. In this capacity she was responsible for marketing, renewing, and underwriting all Alaska brokered accounts 2 to 99 in size.
In addition, Terry holds a certified employee benefits specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, a group benefits disability specialist certification from The National Underwriter Company and is a charter member and Past President of the Alaska Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Bill Hunsuck, Employee Benefits Advisor
Bill Hunsuck began his career in employee benefits with The Wilson Agency in 1999, initially facilitating our voluntary benefit operation and working with the installation of flex plans for many of our clients. Bill eventually began working in group benefits with small group accounts and has continued to expand his expertise to mid and larger size groups. Bill was born and raised in Anchorage. He attended Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C., graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business.
Prior to working in employee benefits, Bill enjoyed a lengthy career in operations and management in the retail industry. This hands-on knowledge of business management helps Bill to understand the financial and human relations issues faced by employers regarding employee benefits. Bill states “It’s the ongoing personal relationships that I find most rewarding in this ‘people’ business.”
Bill is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Alaska Chapter serving on the Board as a Director for the 2006/2007 season.
Kathy Binkley, Small Business Account Executive
Kathy is a success story at The Wilson Agency. Starting as receptionist in 2005 she showed her hard-working and diligent work ethic and quickly moved up to a Benefit Specialist, working specifically with individual medical insurance and benefit products.
In 2006, Kathy began specializing in the 10 and under employer groups. Kathy is excited about her future with The Wilson Agency, and is currently studying for a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation through The American College. "Benefits are something most employees enjoy, but few understand them. I'm here to help.”

Deenie Robertson, CWPC, Account Executive, Worksite Wellness
Deenie is a life-long Alaskan, born in Seward and raised in Anchorage. She attended college at UAF and holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Logistics. Her career path started in the travel industry where she has continued to work for many years as an independent consultant. She began working in the petroleum industry in the mid 90’s eventually assumed the position of Manager of Barge Supply and Distribution. She has also enjoys teaching spinning classes at the Alaska Club and she competes in local and out-of-state triathlons.
Deenie came to The Wilson Agency in 2007 and has since achieved designation as a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator. She enjoys working directly with customers using creativity, quick thinking and logistical skills to design, implement and manage successful wellness programs for their businesses and their employees.

K. Michael Ward, SPHR, GPHR, Account Executive
Michael was born and raised in Hawaii but calls Alaska her home after 16 years. She brings more than 13 years of human resources management experience to The Wilson Agency. Throughout her career, Michael has gained experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including benefits. Recently she was the Human Resources Manager for an Alaskan Native Corporation’s 8 subsidiaries. Past experience also includes work in the construction, oil & gas support, government contract, health, retail, non-profit and manufacturing industries. Her tenure in the human resources field has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and experience on the needs of our customers, taking a proactive approach to issues.
Michael graduated with honors from the University of Hawaii, Manoa with a Master’s Degree in Public Health and Planning, and from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), as well as, a Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR). Michael is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with the local Anchorage Chapter, as well as with other non-profit organizations in Alaska.
Kelli Burman Account Executive, Large Accounts
Kelli is a fourth-generation Alaskan, who has lived in Anchorage her entire life. Her career in the benefits industry started at a young age when she began working for the State of Alaska, Division of Health and Social Services.
Kelli has worked with all aspects of benefits administration, including Medicaid, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, Claims Administration, Claims set-up, problem resolution and so forth. She has strong customer service skills and is looking forward to sharing those with our customers.
Kelli has recently joined The Wilson Agency after a long career at Providence Health & Services Alaska. She brings a strong skill set in benefit administration as well as interpersonal skills, strategic planning and process development.
Sabrina Peterson, MBA, CFP(R), Account Executive, Financial Services

Sabrina Peterson brings an analytical sense developed from her engineering background and investment skills from her MBA degree to serve The Wilson Agency clientele as the Financial Services Account Executive.
Sabrina combines her technical expertise with her conscientious nature to find solutions for corporate clients and to help individuals achieve their financial and retirement goals. She began working in the corporate retirement plan market in 2005 with Financial Resources, Inc as a consultant. Joining The Wilson Agency allows her to continue working with a company that is client-centric. Sabrina says she looks forward to enhancing the financial services provided by The Wilson Agency.
Sabrina earned her Masters in Business Administration emphasizing Global Finance at Alaska Pacific University in 2003. She also holds General NASD and State Securities and Insurance Licenses. In 2005 she broadened her skills by obtaining her Certified Financial PlannerTM or CFP® certification.
Margery Pratt, CEBS, RHU, REBC, Sr. Account Manager/Analyst
Margery Pratt, CEBS, RHU, joined The Wilson Agency, LLC. in 1992. With her extensive experience and education in group employee benefits, she is primarily responsible for providing service, analysis and technical support for our more complex accounts. In addition, she provides support within our agency for the myriad of benefits related legal and regulatory issues to assist our clients in remaining in compliance. Margery obtained her bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Washington. Later she obtained the distinguished designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and also holds Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designations from The American College.
Amy Ault, Account Manager
Amy has lived in Alaska since 1981 and worked at the Wilson Agency since 1989. Amy started her career at The Wilson Agency as receptionist and then as client services coordinator, working specifically with individual life insurance and benefit products. Amy made the transition to Employee Benefits in 2003 and brings with her a vast knowledge of product underwriting. “The transition to employee benefits is a challenge and great opportunity to learn more about the ever changing health/employee benefits industry.” Amy is currently studying for a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation through The American College.
Johnna McNair, Account Manager
Johnna began her career in employee benefits with The Wilson Agency, in 2008, working as an Account Manager for small groups. Johnna was born and raised in Alaska after which she attended college in Oregon. She lived in Germany for several years before returning to Anchorage.
Prior to working in employee benefits, Johnna worked in the state and federal arena. For more than 6 years, Johnna was the Marketing and Budget Coordinator for the Professional and Continuing Education
James Smallwood, Account Manager
James is a life long Alaskan with a short 11 year visit to Portland, Oregon. He recently began his new career as an Account Manager with the Wilson Agency in 2009. James previously worked in the customs industry as a broker and account representative. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
While living in Portland, James enjoyed a successful career as a Residential Real Estate Broker for the largest real estate company in the United States. Afterwards, James began building a career in the customs department, helping businesses transporting goods as a broker for one of the world's leading logistics and technology company.
James' in-depth knowledge of creative problem solving, building supportive business relationships and prior experience in account management is a solid strength The Wilson Agency is proud to bring to our clients.

Lon G. Wilson, President
Lon Wilson is a life-long resident of Alaska; with the exception of the time he spent receiving his formal education, Anchorage has been his home. Lon joined The Wilson Agency, LLC in 1989 to develop the firm’s Employee Benefits and Compensation practice. He later became a Principal in the firm in 1991 and currently serves as President.
Lon earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration (concentrations: Finance and Marketing) from the University of Washington Business School. His professional licenses include a Life and Health insurance license for the states of Alaska & Washington, as well as Securities Licenses 7, 63 and 65 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
The Insurance and Financial Services industry is changing rapidly, and to stay abreast of the latest developments Lon is active in local as well as national industry organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and routinely attends local, regional and national conferences dealing with current legislative issues and trends. Additionally, Lon is past President of the Alaska Association of Health Underwriters.
Lon is involved in a number of civic organizations. He is currently serving as Chair the Anchorage Economic Development Council and as a board member for the Alaska Support Industry Alliance and the Children’s Hospital at Providence Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Commonwealth North Healthcare Coalition and the Anchorage Downtown Rotary.
Lon's unique background in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Insurance provide him with the essential tools to work effectively in the field of Employee Benefits and Compensation.
Holly Zachman Parsons, MBA, CMPE, Vice-President Marketing & Business Development
Holly has nearly 20 years of marketing and business development experience. She has a diverse background working in various industries from medical management to telecommunications to tourism. As an experienced business professional, Holly has specific insight into employer needs and concerns with respect to employee benefit programs and the need for integration, administration and support of general human resource initiatives and how they support overall corporate objectives.
A long-time resident of Alaska, Holly received her bachelor’s degree from UAF with a double major in Journalism/Broadcasting and Speech Communication. This was followed up later with a master’s degree in Business Administration from UAA. She is active in the community, getting involved with organizations such as Soroptimist, American Marketing Association and the Medical Group Management Association.
Among her varied work experience, Holly spent time building her own marketing business and was co-owner of a grant writing company. Eventually, she found herself working in the ever-growing industry of health care and in 2008 received her designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). Her wide array of business experience provides her with understanding of the varied and unique needs of our diverse client base.
