Director of Client Services

The Director ofClient Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the Client Service department to include ongoing customer service support; employee hiring, training, and evaluation; procedure development; and monitoring and managing the department's interaction with other departments in the agency. This professional position holds the following responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day to day operations for client service issues and processes to ensure both strategic and tactical organizational goals and objectives are met.
  • Supervise, lead and mentor account management and account executive positions to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Serve as a member of the Leadership Team and manage program operations consistent with organizational goals and resources.

Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources management, accounting or other administrative discipline and four years of experience in benefits administration or in the insurance industry.  Two of these years must have included leadership or supervisory duties.
