Our History & Values

The Wilson Agency’s roots date back to 1964 when Donald (Don) G. Wilson began his career in the insurance industry. In 1989, Lon Wilson began working with Don and together they formed The Wilson Agency in 1991.

By 1995, Lon had assumed a leadership role with the agency, later becoming the principal owner. Under his direction, an impressive staff of dedicated professionals has been assembled.

Over time we have developed a reputation for responding to our clients’ needs with innovative solutions. We focus on designing employee benefits plans that achieve our clients’ goals and deliver the highest possible value.
