Margery Pratt, CEBS, Sr. Account Manager - was born and raised in Petersburg, Alaska, and has lived in Anchorage since 1988. She has a bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Washington and a certified employee benefits specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Margery has been with The Wilson Agency since 1992. She is currently responsible for administrative and technical support services to our larger clients, as well as researching legal and regulatory compliance issues. Margery tells people that “Employee benefits may not sound like a very exciting field of work, but here at TWA we are not about selling insurance, but about providing a needed service - one that can have a profound impact on people’s lives. There is nothing dull about that.”

Amy Ault, Account Manager - has lived in Alaska since 1981 and worked at the Wilson Agency since 1989. Amy started her career at The Wilson Agency as receptionist and then as client services coordinator, working specifically with individual life insurance and benefit products. Amy made the transition to Employee Benefits in 2003 and brings with her a vast knowledge of product underwriting. “The transition to employee benefits is a challenge and great opportunity to learn more about the ever changing health/employee benefits industry.” Amy is currently studying for a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation through The American College.

Kathy Binkley, Systems Administrator/Benefits Specialist - was born and raised in North Carolina. She came to Alaska in 2004 and began working with The Wilson Agency in the Benefit Specialist position. Her background in banking, customer service, computer network support and administration and project management lends itself well to the challenges of researching benefit options for existing and potential clients, and preparing clean clear illustrations of the options. She supports TWA's database system as well as providing technical back-up to Account Executives and managers. She holds a current State of Alaska life & health license. Kathy is excited about her future with The Wilson Agency. "Benefits are something most employees enjoy, but few understand them. I'm here to help."
